21 Day Fix Program

I have no issues sharing some of my personal ordeals with people because I know that someone somewhere is going through the same thing or something similar, so here it goes.....
So this year I have reached my all time highest weight. UGH! I am 5'8 and as of today weigh 180!!! This is the MOST I have ever weighed. I know I know, muscle weighs more than fat though Noodle. Yes yes...but this is NOT muscle....it is FAT....or as I like to call it, FLUFF! When you look at me, I am not what you would define as "fat" or over weight, and I know that. But I do have extra fluff in places that make me very uncomfortable. In a world that is so god awful to women about their body image, this sucks.
Now, a lot of people I know say, there is NO way that you way that much. Well, yes there is....it is what my scale says and so does my doctors. Some of this weight issue is my eating habits and the other two is not exercising as much as I used to and lovely ole depression.
I no longer fit into any pants that I own....I went shopping and due to my body figure type I don't fit into much of what is made. So i went and bought about 10 dresses lol.
I dislike how I feel in about 90% of my clothes and I sure as hell don't want to look at myself without clothes on.
So today I started the 21 Day Fix Program from Beach Body. I have tried a few other thigns in the past and none of them have stuck, so lets hope this works. I picked this because I have a friend from college that became a coach and after my 50 some odd questions I asked him, I figured why not for myself AND to support him.
I will be updating my progress on how this is going and then at the "end" will post my before and after information.
